Elisabeth Neville, a Marblehead artist specializing in portrait photography will be exhibiting her work in the Marblehead Arts Association’s New Member Showing for the month of February. Neville is an adjunct professor at Northeastern University where she teaches photography and foundation design classes. Her photographs explore the long-standing history of the portrait and it’s ability to expose ones persona. Simply put, beauty is not perfection, it is reality.
Neville operates out of her private studio located in Beverly’s artist studio building Porter Mill. She has been closely involved with many artists associations, national and international. Presently she is a member of the Marblehead Artist Association, Salem Arts Association, Artists Under the Dome initiative, working for the rights of Artists and is involved with the Copyright Alliance which is “committed to promoting the cultural and economic benefits of copyright…”

Join Neville and the other exhibiting artists on Sunday, February 12 from 2:00 – 4:00 for an opening reception. The MAA is located at 8 Hooper Street, Marblehead MA.
